Birding and Bird Ecology Policies:
Payment: Payment is due in full at time of registration. Failure to receive payment will result in the registration being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: A lot of preparation and effort goes into planning our events. Registration can be cancelled with a minimum of 1-month notice and a refund will be issued. Cancellations with a minimum of 14 days notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund. If Wild & Immersive has to cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.
Attendance: A zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the session..
